Our Special Interest Groups create opportunities for discussion and engagement on important issues, and help guide the work of the Chamber.
Get involved and help make a difference
Members have the opportunity to actively shape Canberra’s business landscape and influence decisions. You can do this by joining a Special Interest Group and helping to drive meaningful change.

Kindred Member Network
Kindred members are those with an interest in social and community issues. It meets regularly to discuss policy issues and engage with relevant politicians and stakeholders.

Small Business Group
Our Small Business Group meets periodically to discuss issues impacting small business and to provide opportunities for small business owners to network.

Disability Advisory Group
The Chamber’s Skills and Inclusion Program is supported by an Advisory Group of members who provide their expertise to guide the work of the program and provide support.

Corporate Social Responsibility Group

Government Procurement Working Group
Our Government Procurement Group meets on an ad-hoc basis to provide input on Commonwealth and Territory procurement issues and to direct the Chamber’s advocacy in this space.

The Chamber Board and committees
The Chamber’s Board governs the organisation on behalf of members. The Board is elected by members on a rotating basis, and represent a range of small and larger businesses.
