Speaking up for business
The Canberra Business Chamber is advocating for and leading the discussion on issues that impact businesses in ACT.
As the trusted voice of business, we make submissions, meet regularly with Federal and Territory Ministers, MPs, MLAs and senior public servants. We represent business on advisory and consultative boards to Government. We speak in the media, and advocate for a favourable business environment in the Australian Capital Territory.

Our vision is to make Canberra the greatest place in Australia for business.
We stand for:
- Growing business in the ACT for the benefit of all.
- Making it easy for business by reducing red tape and compliance.
- Reducing the cost of doing business.
- A level playing field for business.
- Ensuring business is recognised as a key driver of economic growth and prosperity; as well as a key part of delivering Government services.
- Supporting businesses to operate sustainably and ethically.
