The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Canberra Business Chamber (ABN 33 600 390 538) will be held in accordance with the Constitution, at the 59 Cameron Avenue Conference and Event Centre, Belconnen Canberra on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 5.30pm as part of our Business After Business networking function.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1. Welcome and apologies

2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2024 AGM

3. Consideration of the 2024-25 Annual Report and Auditors Report

4. Proposed changes to the Constitution

5. Appointment of Auditor

6. Announcement of the results of the 2025 Board Election (to be held online separately)

7. Any other business

PROXIES

A Member may also appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the Annual General Meeting, by submitting a proxy form.

A Member must submit the proxy form no later than 5.30pm on Monday 24 November 2025.
