Up to 5 calls/emails or up to an hour of relevant, up-to-date and accurate advice on a range of workplace relations issues including:

  • Interpretation of industrial instruments, including modern awards, enterprise agreements and legislation such as the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (ACT);
  • Performance management;
  • Redundancy and termination of employment;
  • Leave entitlements including the Long Service Leave Act 1976 (ACT) and the Long Service Leave (Portable Schemes) Act 2009 (ACT);
  • Workers’ compensation;
  • Discrimination, harassment and bullying; and
  • Union right of entry.

Modern awards
A copy of one modern award which is relevant to your organisation. We look out for changes and send you updates whenever your relevant modern award is varied.

Workplace Relations wage and fact sheet
We provide you with a wage sheet which outlines the wages and allowances payable under your modern award. Members are also provided with fact sheets on a wide range of workplace relations topics.
