Under Clause 9.2 of the Chamber’s Constitution, three Board Members will retire at each Annual General Meeting and an election will be held to fill the vacant Board positions. Accordingly, nominations are sought for candidates suitable to be elected to these three Board positions at the Annual General Meeting to be held at Ground Floor, 216 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon ACT 2612 at 4.00pm on Monday 20 November 2017.

The Nominee must submit a professional photograph and a short biographical statement with the Nomination Form detailing their relevant qualifications, any other Director positions they hold, and why they should be elected to the Board of the Chamber.
The Nominee consents to the Chamber circulating the professional photograph and short biographical statement to the Chamber’s Members and stakeholders for the purpose of conducting the election.
Please note that the Proposer and Seconder must be a Financial Member or Financial Member’s Representative.
Members who wish to nominate a person to be a Director must complete and return a nomination form as attached to the Secretary at either firstname.lastname@example.org or Ground Floor, 216 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon ACT 2612 by 5:00pm, Wednesday 25 October 2017.
