New Leadership for Light Rail Business Link 

Lisa Morisset joins Canberra Business Chamber as Light Rail Business Link Program Manager

With construction of light rail now underway, Lisa Morisset has joined the Canberra Business Chamber to lead the Light Rail Business Link Program.

Lisa runs her own Canberra based consultancy, driving communications and stakeholder engagement solutions for business. She brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and external engagement to the role, as well as in governance leadership in not for profit cultural organisations.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and worked most recently in senior leadership at UNSW Canberra at ADFA, establishing and embedding their external relations and development activity.

Lisa’s brief is to help Canberra businesses capitalise on the diverse opportunities light rail presents across the community, in construction, operations and urban renewal.

Since moving to Canberra eight years ago with her family, from Hobart, Lisa has developed a passion for Canberra’s many mountain bike trails and local tempranillo wine. Living on the Stage One Light Rail corridor, she is looking forward to making sure business from all over Canberra are best placed to realise long term benefits from this major infrastructure project.
