Small Business Workshop – ‘Understanding your Employment Obligations’

Are you a small business and wanting to better understand your workplace obligations? Do you want practical information to help you better understand the Fair Work Act 2009? Are you worried that you are not complying with applicable legislation? Are you confident that your business is protected from these types of risks?
Lucie Hood, Workplace Relations Manager will be presenting and offering practical tips for SME employers. This Workshop will aim to increase your knowledge and understanding of your employment obligations relating to record keeping, payslips, termination and redundancy.
This workshop will also provide an opportunity for members of the Chamber to come together to discuss any challenges or issues they are facing regarding these obligations and employment arrangements.
