Wendy Meredith has assisted many business owners with their succession planning since 1989. This includes advice in planning for all eventualities as well as putting plans into motion with sales. She has acted for a wide range of professionals when selling their businesses. This includes doctors, vets, psychologists and accountants with a range of structures including unit trusts, partnerships, companies or a combination of these entities. Wendy has also acted in many trade sales of businesses including IT companies, superannuation managers and manufacturing companies. Additionally, for many small to medium enterprises, she has assisted with equity sales to employees or sale of assets. This year, Wendy has acted in the purchase of wineries, the sale of hospitality venues as well as vehicle dealerships, franchises and insurance brokers.
Ben Weber has over 14 years’ experience as an accountant and advisor specialising in corporate transactions. Ben is a principal at P² Advisory, prior to joining P² he spent 11 years working as a director in the PwC merger & acquisitions practice in their Sydney office. He has experience across a broad spectrum of M&A related activity as a lead advisor and due diligence provider encompassing acquisitions, divestments, strategic options and IPO’s in Australia and South East Asia for both public and privately (family) owned businesses and private equity funds.
