Panel Discussion – Building Inclusive & Diverse Workplaces for Business Success!

Workplaces are faced with increasingly complex questions as technological capabilities continue to accelerate – They are under pressure to rethink what work means, how employees are selected and trained, and how the workplace is designed.

It is more important than ever that leaders have the mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets necessary for responsive leadership that drives strategies for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace for long-term business success.

This event will discuss the opportunities and challenges in today’s competitive environment to create inclusive and diverse workplaces. Business leaders will be provided with practical and easy to implement solutions on ways in which they can build more diverse and inclusive teams.

Our expert speakers will lead and facilitate an interactive panel style discussion, providing the latest research as to the competitive advantages of diverse workplaces and will provide insights from businesses who are leading the charge in this area and reaping the rewards!
